REGARDS PRESSCart

About

Most cards are written by people who have never met you.

There are a thousand cards for a fortieth birthday and none at all for finishing a television programme you loved, or for the week after the dog died, or for the friend who finally told their employer where to go.

We make 259 cards across 40 occasions, from entirely sincere to fairly bleak. The good ones say the thing you were going to say badly.

Everything is printed to order and posted with an envelope. Nothing sits in a warehouse.

What we won't print

43 of our cards swear, and they're marked 18+ and hidden unless you ask for them. Beyond language, we don't do slurs, we don't punch down at anyone for who they are, and we don't make jokes about a person's appearance or a misfortune they didn't choose.

Not out of delicacy. A card is something you hand to someone you like. That only works if the joke is aimed somewhere other than at them.
